Martha, AND Mary, AND Lazarus
If you went to Mass on June 29 and had expected to only hear about Martha, it might have been a surprise to you to hear that we were celebrating Martha, Mary, and Lazarus. Just this past January, Pope Francis decreed that the feast day of Martha would include her siblings with her. This gives us an excellent opportunity to talk about the relationship present with the trio, as well as Christ’s role in their lives. Join Deacon AJ and Father Andy as they took a look at this “Holy Family” that we celebrate in our church.
